I’m Ian Wilkinson – founder of The Job Coach, career strategist, resume expert, and lifelong problem solver.

Over the past three decades, I’ve worked across industries and continents, led operations, managed multimillion-euro budgets, and hired hundreds of people. I’ve also coached and advised individuals at every career stage – helping them take clear, confident steps toward a better future.

But I’ve also walked in the jobseeker’s shoes. I know the frustration of layoffs, the uncertainty of career change, and the discouragement that can creep in when nothing seems to move forward. That’s why I created The Job Coach.

Again and again, I saw smart, capable people struggling - not because they lacked talent, but because no one had shown them how to approach the job search in a clear, manageable, and affordable way.

So, I started building solutions.
